A leading Renewable Energy company is seeking a Market Manager based in Dammam. The successful candidate will develop sales strategies, nurture customer relationships, and lead the market team. Candidates must be Saudi Nationals with a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 3 years experience in Marketing or Sales. Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with global sales objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
• Drive sales initiatives to meet revenue goals within the assigned market.
• Identify market opportunities, analyse competitors, and recommend business development initiatives.
• Lead and mentor the market team to foster performance and collaboration.
• Develop and manage the market budget for effective resource allocation.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to senior management.

Skills

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree. A master’s degree is a plus.
