Job Description

Summary:
As a Senior Project Manager Marketing & Partnerships, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex projects that drive marketing initiatives and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful completion of projects.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product development, and IT to align project goals with overall business objectives.
3. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions to mitigate potential delays or cost overruns.
5. Lead and mentor junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in Banking roles as Senior Project Manager Marketing & Partnerships.
3. Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence.
4. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate project status updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels.
5. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
6. Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements relevant to the Banking industry.
7. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
