Job summary
A leading investment firm in Saudi Arabia is seeking an Assistant Manager – Procurement to enhance procurement activities and support various departments. The role involves managing contracts, facilitating supplier selection, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies. Ideal candidates should have at least 4 years of experience in procurement and a relevant degree in fields like Supply Chain Management. Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in procurement and contract management.
- Strong understanding of RFP and RFQ processes.
- Professional certifications like CIPP, CIPPM, or CIPS are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of procurement documents in compliance with policies.
- Coordinate all procurement activities including supplier selection.
- Manage the full contract lifecycle and ensure compliance.
