Qiddiya Investment Company, a pioneer in the development of entertainment and cultural projects in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an Assistant Manager – Procurement to support our procurement initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with various departments to facilitate procurement activities, ensuring that all processes align with the company's strategic goals and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and management of Request for Proposals (RFP), Request for Quotations (RFQ), and other procurement-related documents in compliance with QIC policies.
  • Coordinate and facilitate all procurement activities, including supplier selection, contract negotiations, and award recommendations.
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting contracts, negotiating terms and conditions, and ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.
  • Provide guidance and support regarding procurement processes to non‑procurement staff across different business units.
  • Oversee contract administration, including modifications, extensions, and resolving disputes if necessary.
  • Assist in the development of procurement templates and documentation in collaboration with the legal team.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of procurement policies and procedures for continuous improvement.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high‑quality standards.
Qualifications
  • At least 4 years of experience in procurement and contract management in a corporate setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Law, or a relevant field.
  • Professional certifications such as CIPP, CIPPM, or CIPS are advantageous.
