Job Role: Senior Chief Engg. Manager
Reports to: Head of Engineering
Reportee: Team of Lead Engineers, Design Engineers, and Drafting Team
Interfaces: Project Management, Procurement, Construction, Quality, Safety, Clients, Consultants, Statutory Authorities
Geographical Scope: Projects at Multiple International locations / projects as assigned
Minimum Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech in Civil & Structural Engineering. (Preferable: Post-graduation in Structural / Geo- technological Engineering.)
Experience: 20-25 years in Civil & Structural design and engineering in the T&D sector, with at least 810 years in a senior leadership role.
Objective: To lead and manage the Civil & Structural engineering function for Substation projects and special projects within the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) sector, ensuring delivery of safe, cost-effective, and technically sound engineering solutions that meet client requirements, project timelines, and organizational objectives.
