JASARA PMC, a leading program management company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Integration & Interface Manager to join our team. As a Senior Integration & Interface Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the coordination and communication between various stakeholders involved in our diverse portfolio of projects. JASARA PMC is committed to delivering Social Infrastructure programs that contribute to the growth and development of Saudi Arabia, in line with the goals of Vision 2030.

In this role, you will work closely with project teams, clients, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and interface management throughout the project lifecycle. You will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, resolving conflicts, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

1. Develop and implement the integration and interface management strategy for multiple projects.
2. Coordinate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to identify and resolve interface issues.
3. Ensure effective communication and collaboration among different project teams.
4. Manage and mitigate risks associated with integration and interface challenges.
5. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
6. Lead and mentor a team of integration and interface professionals.
7. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives in integration and interface management.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on integration and interface management.
3. Proven track record in managing complex integration and interface challenges.
4. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
6. Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
7. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
8. Experience in the construction industry in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
9. Professional certifications in project management or related field is a plus.
