A leading construction firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee major engineering projects in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will manage project objectives within time and budget, ensuring adherence to HSE regulations. With solid communication skills in English and a bachelor's degree in engineering, the candidate should also possess at least 5 years of project management experience. Effective team leadership in a multicultural environment is essential.

Develop and levitate Fosam production cells & facilities to come in par with local / group standards and best practices through successful implementation of engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Achieve project objectives safely within time and budget.
• Implement HSE rules and regulations where needed along the time span of any project.
• Develop clear and realistic master project plan in coordination with concerned personnel.
• Monitor assigned projects from when the need arises until project is completely closed.
• As a standard - Follow Saint Gobain project management methodology.
• Conduct frequent site visits to ensure effective and safe project delivery.
• Generate weekly and monthly project report (Progress Highlights, Budget, Risks & Issues, etc).
• Use necessary tools & softwares to improve controls.
• Report any HSE drawbacks, incidents, and opportunities for improvement.
• Set self as an example to colleagues in punctuality, commitment, respect to work hours and dedication.
• Study opportunities / challenges within the plant which can trigger a genuine project case.
• Carry over additional duties as assigned by line manager(s).
