A leading event ticketing platform in Saudi Arabia is seeking an Accountant to manage financial operations and reporting. The ideal candidate should have a BSc in Accounting or Finance, 1-3 years of experience in the field, and proficiency in Google Suite. Strong communication skills in English and Arabic are required to thrive in this role.

- 1-3 years of experience in accounting in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience in IT or services-based industry is a must.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Manage, train and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Manage the finance team in accounting, optimizations and investments.
- Deliver daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting with forecasts.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
- Assist the CFO in managing relationships with outsourced service providers like legal, auditors, tax consultants and outsourced resource providers.
- Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
- Carry additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager, finance and administration.
- Receive and record vendors’ invoices.
- Accounts receivable / payable reconciliation.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Petty cash reconciliation.
- Update the daily bank transaction.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Comply with zakat, GOSI and tax financial policies and regulations.
- 1-3 years of experience in Saudi.
- BSc in Accounting, Finance or a relevant degree.
- Work experience as an Accountant in IT or services-based industry is a must.
- Good experience in Google Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
