As the main representative of Pemo on the ground, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our success in KSA—building our local team, expanding our customer base, and ensuring we establish ourselves as a market leader.

What you’ll be doing
  • Launch & Scale KSA Operations: Set up Pemo’s presence in KSA with full P&L ownership.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute a sales strategy to build a strong pipeline and convert key accounts.
  • Build & Lead a Team: Recruit and manage a high-performing sales and customer success team.
  • Own Market Strategy: Make key business decisions to establish Pemo as a market leader.
  • Engage with Regulators: Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
  • Represent Pemo in KSA: Build partnerships and increase brand awareness.
Who we are looking for
  • 5-7 years of experience in strategy consulting, venture capital, or a high-growth startup.
  • Sales leadership experience: experience mentoring and leading sales teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen: proven ability to scale a business and drive revenue.
  • Strategic & execution-focused: able to plan and deliver results.
  • Deep knowledge of the Saudi market: basic familiarity with regulatory understanding.
  • Fluent in Arabic & English: excellent communication skills.
