A leading automotive technology company in Riyadh is seeking a Digital Transformation Director to architect the digital backbone of a major automotive platform. This role involves leading technology strategy, ensuring compliance, and building an IT team for future growth. The ideal candidate has over 15 years of experience in IT leadership and a strong understanding of cloud and ERP systems. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence the digital infrastructure in the Kingdom.
Qualifikationen
- 15+ years in IT/digital leadership roles.
- Experience leading digital transformation in complex organizations.
- Strong understanding of cloud, SaaS, ERP, and advanced mobility platforms.
- Exposure to automotive or marketplace platforms preferred.
Aufgaben
- Design and deliver the digital roadmap including ERP, CRM, and data systems.
- Lead adoption of AI, automation, and emerging mobility technologies.
- Build enterprise-wide analytics frameworks.
- Ensure compliance, governance, and robust security practices.
- Partner with operations and product teams to digitize workflows.
- Build an IT/digital team capable of supporting a complex platform.
