The company is seeking to appoint a highly experienced Financial Manager with over 10 years of professional experience in financial management and leadership. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, strategic financial planning, and ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Develop and implement short‑and‑long‑term financial strategies.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and periodic reports.
- Manage budgets, cash flow, and financial forecasting.
- Monitor expenses and enhance financial efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government authorities.
- Establish and maintain internal financial controls and risk management frameworks.
- Support executive management in investment, financing, and strategic decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in financial management, including senior or leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi financial, tax, and regulatory frameworks.
- Advanced skills in financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
