A global fintech startup is looking for a Senior Procurement Manager to establish and lead their procurement function from the ground up. This role involves developing processes and policies, leading negotiations with software vendors, and ensuring compliance with regulations in Saudi Arabia. Ideal candidates will have over 8 years of procurement experience, particularly with tech and SaaS contracts. This position is worldwide remote but hybrid for candidates in Riyadh or Cairo.

This role is open worldwide - remote; however, if the candidate is based in Riyadh, KSA or Cairo, Egypt then it will be Hybrid.
This is a foundational leadership role to build and lead Soar's procurement function from the ground up. As the Senior Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for creating the entire procurement framework, including all processes, policies, and systems. In this hands‑on role, you will lead high‑stakes negotiations for all major purchases. A primary focus will be partnering with our Director of Enterprise Applications to manage the sourcing and commercial negotiation for our critical software stack (e.g., SAP, Hubspot, TMS, LMS). Beyond technology, you will own the sourcing strategy for all other corporate spend, ensuring we get the best value, manage risk, and maintain strict SAMA compliance.
