Job Context: working as Project Manager entails overlooking the planning, execution, and completion of our civil and architectural construction projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and subcontractors to achieve project goals and client satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities

• Collaborate with the project stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Ensure alignment with client expectations and company objectives.
• Lead and motivate project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and track financial performance.
• Identify and address cost overruns or potential risks that may impact project profitability.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that milestones are met and potential delays are proactively addressed.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to optimize project timelines.
• Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure that construction work meets or exceeds industry standards and client specifications.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Develop contingency plans and proactive strategies to minimize project disruptions.
• Ensure that all projects adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Generate project status reports and provide timely updates to senior management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architectural engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Master's degree or professional certifications are a plus.
• A minimum of 5-10 years as a Project Manager within the construction industry
• Understanding of sustainable construction practices and PMP certification is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management software, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make decisions under pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
