Qualifications

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous CFO for a prominent and leading company in the areas of operation and maintenance and total facilities management

Work Location: Riyadh - Saudi Arabia

The CFO is responsible for leading the company’s financial strategy, ensuring financial stability, supporting growth plans, and enabling strong governance. The role oversees financial planning, treasury, banking relationships, budgeting, ERP implementation, and financial compliance.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute the company’s overall financial strategy and support executive decision-making.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
  • Oversee accounting, financial reporting, audits, and IFRS compliance.
  • Ensure strong internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory compliance (including Zakat, VAT, WHT).
  • Manage financial aspects of government contracts, including budgeting, billing, and revenue recognition.
  • Evaluate profitability and financial performance of O&M and contracting projects.
  • Lead banking relationships, manage credit facilities, guarantees, and optimize cash flow and treasury operations.
  • Oversee ERP implementation and financial system integration, preferably on Dynamics 365.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for the Board, investors, and senior leadership.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and effective execution.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Professional certifications highly preferred: CPA, CMA, ACCA, CFA.
  • 15+ years of experience in finance, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Finance Director / CFO).
  • Experience in Operations & Maintenance, Contracting, Construction, or Facilities Management is mandatory.
  • Strong experience with banking facilities, credit lines, and treasury management.
  • Solid background in implementing or managing ERP systems; Dynamics 365 preferred.
