The role is pivotal in ensuring the financial success of construction projects by managing costs and contracts effectively. As a Quantity Surveyor at JASARA PMC, you will conduct thorough analysis and provide key insights on cost control, procurement, and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle. • Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and detail.
• Analyze and assess tender submissions from contractors and subcontractors.
• Manage procurement and contract administration processes.
• Monitor project costs against budgets, preparing detailed financial reports.
• Conduct site visits to validate costs and verify project progress.
• Provide advice on contractual obligations and potential risks.
• Collaborate with project managers to identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5-8 years of relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Proven ability to manage large projects and administer contracts effectively.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation techniques and budgeting processes.
• Proficiency in construction management software and project management tools.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with local regulations and construction practices in Saudi Arabia is advantageous.
