Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor filling and packaging machines to achieve production targets.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure product quality and line efficiency.
- Record daily production reports, downtime, and performance KPIs.
- Participate in continuous improvement and problem‑solving activities.

Role Purpose:
Operate and monitor filling and packaging lines to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient production of dairy products.
Maintain product quality, line performance, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards in line with Al Safi Danone’s manufacturing excellence principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and adjust filling and packaging machines to achieve production targets.
- Perform start‑up, shutdown, and basic troubleshooting activities during production.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure product quality and line efficiency.
- Support preventive maintenance activities and coordinate with the Maintenance team when required.
- Ensure adherence to GMP, 5S, Food Safety, and Safety policies at all times.
- Record daily production reports, downtime, and performance KPIs accurately.
- Identify and escalate equipment or process issues that may affect product quality or line performance.
- Participate in continuous improvement and problem‑solving activities within the production area.
Key Accountabilities:
- Achieve planned production output while maintaining high product quality.
- Ensure compliance with all Safety, Quality, and Food Safety systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Report safety incidents, near misses, and take corrective action where necessary.
- Contribute to overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and waste reduction initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial discipline.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience operating filling and packaging lines in a dairy or FMCG manufacturing environment.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of filling, capping, or packaging operations.
- Basic troubleshooting and mechanical awareness.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance and safety procedures.
- Knowledge of CIP (Cleaning in Place) systems and hygiene practices.
- Teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving mindset.
