This role involves supervising a team, managing preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring the optimal performance of all mechanical systems. Ideal candidates will have at least 12 years of experience in mechanical maintenance and a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Gulf experience is preferred, and strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12–20 years of experience in mechanical maintenance.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Gulf experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the mechanical maintenance team.
• Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules.
• Manage maintenance activities for HVAC systems and mechanical equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
