  • Collaborate closely with Scopely’s global teams to integrate best practices, oversee projects, and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Champion agile, scalable production processes tailored to the needs of teams across MENA and international locations.
  • Present clear, strategic plans for production and AI projects, ensuring alignment and clarity across all stakeholders and partner groups.
Regional Talent Development
  • Build and mentor high-performing, multidisciplinary teams with a focus on nurturing local KSA talent.
  • Collaborate to design and implement internship and mentorship programs to fasttrack local talent learning, capability, and effectiveness.
  • Foster a culture of learning, continuous improvement, inclusion, and innovation that empowers emerging creatives and technologists in the region.
Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth
  • Establish and manage partnerships with Scopley global studios, regional partners, and technology providers to expand production capacity and expertise.
  • Be an active driver in studios activations, game jams, and participate in community events to engage regional audiences and elevate the local development scene.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador, ensuring our products reflect the values, stories, and aspirations of our users/players.
Studio Leadership & Growth
  • Contribute to the studio’s long-term vision, strategic planning, and operational excellence
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define OKRs, manage budgets, and ensure sustainable growth.
  • Inspire a shared sense of purpose and direction across teams, aligning production goals with broader studio objectives.
  • 15+ years of experience in game production, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or executive producer role.
  • Proven success in shipping high-quality games and/or AI-driven products with strong KPIs, ideally in collaboration with global partners.
  • Deep understanding of game development pipelines, AI integration, and cross-functional team dynamics.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with a passion for developing talent and building inclusive teams.
