• Supervise and train plant personnel; promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage budgets, control operational costs, and enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and product deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports on production, maintenance, and safety.

Requirements
