• Cross-Country Leadership & Coaching to align and empower account teams across multiple geographies.
• Own Account Action Planning with tailored roadmaps focused on over-proportional growth and strategic penetration.
• Drive Project & Account Development through direct commercial and technical support for key initiatives.
• Engage Stakeholders across customer and internal functions to ensure seamless collaboration and influence.
• Manage Business Opportunities by identifying, qualifying, and steering major growth initiatives.
• Champion Technical Advocacy through solution selling, standards inclusion, and qualification programs.
• Build Strategic Relationships with senior executives, procurement, engineering, and plant leadership.
• Lead Commercial Strategy including pricing, contract negotiations, and governance through CRM and reporting.

• Languages: Fluent in English & Arabic – essential for regional stakeholder engagement.
• Digital Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and digital sales tools for efficient account management.
• Industry Network: Well-connected with key industrial players in Saudi Arabia, enabling faster access and influence.
• Technical Background: An engineering degree with solid knowledge of industrial manufacturing and qualification processes.
• Commercial & Leadership Capability:
• Proven B2B negotiation and contract management skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate independently in matrix environments.
• Skilled in building multi-stakeholder value propositions and executing complex account strategies.
