The Senior Contracts Management Engineer is responsible for supporting the full lifecycle management of contracts on large-scale construction projects, from drafting and negotiation through implementation, administration, and close-out. The role ensures contractual compliance, identifies and mitigates commercial and contractual risks, and supports effective contract execution in alignment with company policies and KSA procurement regulations. The position collaborates closely with legal, finance, and project management teams to ensure contract terms are properly implemented, monitors deliverables and milestones, manages change orders and claims, and assists in resolving disputes in a timely manner. It also conducts contract audits, prepares performance reports, and contributes to continuous improvement of contract management processes. The ideal candidate is an experienced contracts professional with strong knowledge of contract law, pricing, and administration within large multidisciplinary construction projects, possessing excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
