Eram Talent is looking for a qualified QA/QC Engineer specializing in Electrical systems to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that electrical projects meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.

As a QA/QC Engineer, you will play a vital role in the quality assurance process, conducting inspections, reviews, and tests on electrical installations and equipment.

An experienced Electrical Engineer with a strong background in design reviews, material selection and installation, site supervision, and quality inspections for the electrical components of construction works.

This role demands a high level of expertise in the design, execution, testing, and commissioning of complex electrical systems.

The ideal candidate will ensure stringent adherence to design criteria, codes, and industry standards at every stage of the project life cycle.

Responsibilities
  • Perform quality control inspections and audits on electrical systems, installations, and equipment to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and protocols related to electrical works.
  • Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and project documents.
  • Conduct inspections and testing of electrical installations, materials, and equipment to ensure compliance with project and industry standards.
  • Monitor and verify the implementation of electrical QA/QC procedures on‑site.
  • Review design documents and provide feedback to ensure constructability and compliance with codes and standards.
  • Prepare and maintain inspection test plans (ITP), checklists, and quality records.
  • Coordinate with construction, design, and procurement teams to resolve quality‑related issues.
  • Ensure that all electrical work adheres to international standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE, NEC).
  • Participate in audits, material inspections, and commissioning activities.
  • Report non‑conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
