Job summary
A leading sales firm in Al-Qassim Province, Saudi Arabia is seeking a Female Sales Representative to enhance sales efforts and meet KPIs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a Bachelor's degree, and over 2 years of outdoor sales experience. Responsibilities include collaborating with the marketing department, developing strong customer relationships, and identifying emerging markets. This role offers opportunities for growth and requires travel attendance at events.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Outdoor sales experience.
- Background in developing sales pitches and processes from beginning to end.
- Willing to travel and attend seminars.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing for consistent sales pitches.
- Attain growth and hit sales KPIs monthly.
- Develop and promote relationships with customers.
- Identify emerging markets and competitors.
- Present reports on sales and forecasts to management.
- Accept client feedback to improve sales performance.
- Assist sales team in generating leads.

Education
We are looking for a Sales Representative with excellent communication and leadership abilities to perform in the sales team and meet the KPIs.

- Develop and promote powerful and seminal relations with customers by partnering with them by understanding their wants and needs.
- Identify emerging markets as well as shifts in the market while being fully up-to-date on emerging products and the status of competitors.
- Present reports on sales, expenses, and revenue including forecasts to management.
- Accept feedback from clients and attempt to improve sales performance and procedures from that.
- Assist sales Team in generating leads and closing new agreements on the ground.
- Create and implement new sales initiatives, methods, and programs in order to increase revenue.
- Bachelors Degree in any field
- 2+ years of Outdoor sales experience
- Background in developing sales pitches and processes from beginning to end
- Willing to travel and attend seminars
