The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in designing and constructing civil engineering projects. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of civil projects such as design, construction, maintenance, budgeting, quality control, and safety. The candidate should possess excellent technical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and be able to work independently and collaboratively.
