Position Overview:

Tanmiah Food Company is seeking a results-driven Head of Digital Transformation to lead enterprise-wide digital innovation across our operations, supply chain, and commercial functions. The ideal candidate will possess deep experience in driving transformation initiatives and a strong grasp of emerging technologies such as IoT, blockchain, AI, and advanced data analytics, with a proven ability to deliver measurable business outcomes.

This leadership role will be pivotal in modernizing Tanmiah's infrastructure, improving operational efficiency, enhancing data-driven decision-making, and enabling next-generation sustainable food production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead Tanmiah's digital transformation strategy aligned with business and sustainability goals.
• Drive implementation of IoT (e.g., smart farming, sensors), blockchain (e.g., traceability and supply chain transparency), and AI (e.g., demand forecasting, process optimization) across the supply chain.
• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, R&D, commercial, and sustainability teams to ensure digital initiatives are integrated and scalable.
• Oversee the successful execution of digital projects using modern project management methodologies and champion change management across functions.
• Lead relationships with tech vendors, startups, and digital solution providers to bring the best innovation into the company.
• Develop internal digital capabilities and support upskilling of teams through training, mentoring, and culture change.
• Define KPIs and track impact of digital initiatives on efficiency, sustainability, and financial performance
• Presentation to the stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a digital leadership role
• Strong understanding of IoT, blockchain, AI/ML, and digital infrastructure
• Proven track record in leading enterprise digital transformation programs
• Experience in food production, agriculture, manufacturing, or supply chain sectors preferred
• Solid foundation in project and change management
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including executive-level communication
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
