Job summary
A leading financial services firm in Riyadh seeks an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field, at least 3 years of managerial experience in Saudi Arabia, and must be SOCPA registered with a CPA certificate. Deep knowledge of financial systems like Odoo is required. This role offers opportunities to collaborate across finance functions and requires strong analytical and communication skills.

- 3+ years of experience as Finance Manager in Saudi Arabia.
- MUST be a SOCPA Registered.
- MUST have a CPA Certificate.

- Prepare accurate financial-statement and month-end-close reports.
- Reconcile accounts, resolving discrepancies and collaborating across various functions.
- Analyze journals, produce data analysis and reports.

- Prepare accurate financial‑statement and month‑end‑close reports
- Reconcile accounts, resolving discrepancies and collaborating across various Finance and non‑Finance functions optimally
- Analyze journals, produce data analysis and reports and assist with variance analysis
- Assemble the annual audit information for external auditors
- Responsible for timely & accurate delivery of internal reports.
- Construct reports and spreadsheets to properly present data.
- Develop forecasts & budgets, track & analyze actuals and identify opportunities and challenges.
- Financial evaluation of key business alternatives.
- Provide, analyze and interpret financial information.
- Business plan analysis and preparation, capital budgeting and financial statement analysis.
- Maintain accounting practices to ensure accurate and reliable data necessary for business operations
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related Quantitative Analysis major required.
- 3+ years Experience as Finance Manager in Saudi Arabia
- MUST BE a SOCPA Registered
- MUST HAVE a CPA Certificate
- 8 years of Experience in Financial Accounting/Financial Analysis
- Deep knowledge of Odoo Finance System
- Experience in Financial Analysis and IFRS 17
- Language Skills: Bilinguals with excellent English / Arabic communication skills (verbal and written)
- Particularly ability to articulate concepts and recommendations in written form (PowerPoint reports, Excel reports, charts, etc.)
