It’s an incredibly exciting time to join the Hilti Digital Platforms team! We are redesigning the future of digital at Hilti and are looking for new team members to play an integral part in our digital transformation journey. You will support the team either in Backend Development, Frontend Development, Quality Assurance or Software Support.

• Involved in backend implementation using Java with Spring Boot.
• Apply clean code principles and contribute to testing.
• Diagnose issues, optimize performance, and contribute to product design discussions.
• Present solutions to technical leadership and collaborate across teams.

• Develop frontend features using Angular, TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Apply clean code practices and contribute to testing.
• Troubleshoot issues and improve UI performance.
• Participate in design discussions and share technical ideas.

• Develop and execute test strategies and plans, write test cases, and perform both manual and automated testing.
• Debug, define corrective actions, and review system requirements.
• Track quality metrics and monitor development stages to ensure product quality.

• Provide application support via ServiceNow ticketing.
• Troubleshoot, configure, and maintain code within the Hilti e-commerce platform.
• Create documentation of processes and case studies to create a knowledge base.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Exposure to any of the following technologies is a plus: Java, Spring Boot, GraphQL, Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, API development, Node.js, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Good English communication,
  an agile mindset, and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Interest and ability to learn other coding languages as needed.
