Job summary
A leading automotive dealership in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dynamic Sales Advisor / Executive to assist customers with vehicle features and financing options. This role is suitable for fresh graduates, with training provided. Candidates should possess excellent customer service and communication skills, and proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage. Working hours are 6 days a week from 9am to 7pm.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
Responsibilities
- Attend training to master product knowledge and selling skills.
- Present the vehicle features and warranties to customers.
- Coordinate with finance for customer financing options.
- Follow up with past customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Update marketing page for advertising purposes.

About the Company
Our client is a dealer for Yamaha and Honda motor vehicles and they are currently looking for dynamic Sales Executive to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Attend Training online and offline to master the company background, product, selling skills and whole process.
- Presentable and able to deal with walk‑in customers.
- Showcase the vehicle features and warranties to customers.
- Able to coordinate with the finance department to determine each customer's financing and ownership options.
- Contact past customers and follow up to ensure they are satisfied with their vehicles.
- Able to update own marketing page for advertising and marketing purposes.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
- Able to communicate in English & Bahasa.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
- Basic computer skills.
- A proven track record in motor vehicle sales would be advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
- A passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
- Committed and possess good working attitude.
- Good team player.
