We’re a fast-growing packaging & retail company in Kuching, looking for a fun, motivated Retail Sales & Customer Service Executive to join our team.

💼 What You’ll Do

Greet and serve customers in our retail shop — help them find what they need and ensure they leave happy.

Handle simple invoicing, paperwork, and product enquiries.

Head out to meet new customers, promote products, and build relationships when necessary.

Keep the shop neat, display items nicely, and maintain a positive atmosphere.

Share customer feedback and ideas for improvement — your voice matters!

Female (preferred) – aged 20–35, friendly, energetic, and loves talking to people.

Cheerful personality – we want someone who can brighten up the customer’s day!

SPM or above – fresh grads welcome.

Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, invoice entry).

Able to work retail hours (including weekends/public holidays when needed).

Have own transport or willing to travel around Kuching for customer visits.
