Qualifications

• At least 4 years experience in semiconductor equipment installation and repair.
• Familiar with statistical process control (SPC) and quality improvement methods.
• Ability to support long-term overseas assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, courteous service to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers in diagnosing and resolving equipment or process issues.
• Perform on-site preventive maintenance and operational checks.
• Handle start-up, warranty, paid service, and contract activities within timelines.
• Report equipment downtime and service activities promptly.
• Travel domestically and internationally (up to 20%) as needed.
