Permanent Career + Incentives RM1,000–RM5,500 extra monthly performance incentive.

Work Days: 6 days (Mon‑Sat), 1 off day (Sunday).

Work Location: Ampang / Klang Bkt Tinggi / Cheras / Damansara PJ / KL – 12 positions available. Average income RM2.5k–7k.

Job Description

The Booking Consultant/Customer Service will be stationed in a few property offices (1–2 offices) to introduce prospects to our properties and handle any viewings of property for potential tenants. Our tenants are mainly working professionals from MNCs such as Google, Accenture, Banks, Hospitals and Education sector. Works closely with Marketing.

Job Requirements
  • Handle and follow up on all calls/inquiries for room/unit reservation and provide accurate information about product. Telesales experience an advantage.
  • Handle on‑site viewing & move‑in of property. Update files and records.
  • Able to start work immediately/as soon as possible.
  • Experience in any sales/customer service field (customer service, insurance, electrical, etc.) is an advantage; training provided.
