A technology solutions provider is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will handle client requirements, provide operational support, and communicate effectively in English and Mandarin. Willingness to work in rotational shifts is essential. Job Description:

  • Identify clients requirements and ensure they are answered or routed to the appropriate supportarea.
  • Provide operational support to clients by answering calls and online queries, analyze reported issues and offer appropriate advice and/or answers.
  • Keep and update reported issues and work closely with Technical Support team to assure qualitycustomer service.
  • Provide feedback to enhance existing programmers by analyzing business objective andidentifying areas for modification and improvement.
  • Provide product and technical guidelines for clients and educate clients on how to use the newfeatures or add-on programs.
  • Undertake other ad hoc duties assign from time to time

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma.
  • Ability to communicate (verbal & written) in BOTH English and Mandarin.
  • Applicants must be willing to perform 24 hours shift work, able to work on public holidays andweekends (on rotation basis).
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply. On the job training will be provided.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Call Center, Helpdesk support or equivalent.
  • Good in stress tolerance and able to learn independently.
  • Preferably candidate can multi-tasking and eager to learn

Remuneration:
RM 3,000

Work Hours:
Monday - Sunday (5days a week including Weekends & PH)
24/7 rotational shift
