Job description

Promote insurance products to new and existing clients.

Prepare quotations and proposals, ensuring competitive and suitable solutions.

Proactively source leads and convert opportunities to achieve sales targets.

Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, ensuring continuous engagement and cross‑selling opportunities.

Support marketing initiatives and networking activities to expand the client base.

Insurance Operations & Servicing

Process and manage new applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations in a timely manner.

Liaise with insurance providers and clients for documentation, underwriting requirements, and claims processing.

Advise clients on policy details, coverage, and claims matters to ensure understanding and satisfaction.

Issue cover notes and coordinate related documentation for new business.

Ensure compliance with insurance regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

Administrative Support

Maintain accurate client portfolio records and update filing systems.

Assist in preparing monthly reports for management on sales performance and portfolio updates.

Ensure premium collection is tracked and followed up, while coordinating with accounts for reconciliation.

Perform any other duties as assigned to support sales and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Insurance, Business, Finance, or related fields.

At least 3 years’ experience in insurance sales/operations preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills.

Sales‑driven with high attention to detail in operations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Must be willing to travel to Batu Pahat, Johor and possess own transport.
