Job summary

A leading automotive dealership in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dynamic Sales Advisor / Executive to assist customers with vehicle features and financing options. This role is suitable for fresh graduates, with training provided. Candidates should possess excellent customer service and communication skills, and proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage. Working hours are 6 days a week from 9am to 7pm.

About the Company

Our client is a dealer for Yamaha and Honda motor vehicles and they are currently looking for dynamic Sales Executive to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Attend Training online and offline to master the company background, product, selling skills and whole process.
• Presentable and able to deal with walk‑in customers.
• Showcase the vehicle features and warranties to customers.
• Able to coordinate with the finance department to determine each customer's financing and ownership options.
• Contact past customers and follow up to ensure they are satisfied with their vehicles.
• Able to update own marketing page for advertising and marketing purposes.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
• Able to communicate in English & Bahasa.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
• Basic computer skills.
• A proven track record in motor vehicle sales would be advantageous.
