Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
• 1 - 2 year experience in Workplace technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support for workplace solutions.
• Coordinate with support teams to resolve incidents.
• Maintain inventory of endpoint assets throughout their lifecycle.
• Deploy patches and updates to endpoints.
