About Us

We are a leading immigration and work permit service provider supporting multinational and local companies across Malaysia. We help organisations manage expatriate hiring, regulatory compliance and smooth onboarding processes. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Work Permit Executive to join our team.

About the Role

You will support end-to-end visa and work permit processes for expatriates. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent follow‑up skills and the ability to coordinate with clients and government agencies. It is ideal for candidates who enjoy structured work, compliance processes and problem‑solving in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Application Management: Handle end‑to‑end work permit and visa processes – new applications, renewals, extensions, cancellations.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare, compile and submit all required documents via immigration portals and related systems.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise professionally with clients, government authorities and embassies.
  • Advisory Support: Provide accurate updates, advisory support and guidance on immigration processes.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records and ensure all files are audit‑ready.
  • Keep updated with immigration regulations, policy changes and compliance requirements.
  • Reporting & Process Improvement: Track all applications, deadlines and progress reports; suggest improvements to streamline workflows and enhance client experience.
  • Operational Support: Work closely with internal teams and assist with ad‑hoc operational tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements
  • 1–2 years’ experience in immigration support, work permit processing or regulatory compliance (fresh graduates with strong interest are welcome).
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian immigration processes is an advantage.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage for liaising with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and follow‑up skills.
  • Able to manage multiple applications, meet tight deadlines and work in a fast‑paced, compliance‑driven environment.
  • Comfortable using online portals and digital documentation systems.
