Key Responsibilities:
Work from home (fully remote).
24/7 rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Allowances (Up to RM 500): KPI + Night Shift.
Job Description:
Liaise with customers via live chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support related to products, orders, and services.
Respond in a timely, accurate, and professional manner in both Traditional Chinese and English.
Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining high service standards.
Escalate complex issues when necessary and follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain detailed and clear documentation of customer interactions.
Requirements:
Proficient in written Traditional Chinese.
Excellent communication and typing skills.
Ability to work flexible hours across rotating shifts.
Stable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
Must have experience handling the Taiwan market.
Minimum 1 year of experience handling live chats.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in customer service or e-commerce is an advantage but not required.
Familiarity with live chat or CRM platforms is a plus.
