Our client, who is anestablished semiconductor manufacturer, is currently looking for a creative and high driven candidate to fill the position ofWirebond/Diebond Production Manager, to be based inMelaka.

Relocation allowance for outstation candidate up to 6 months

Responsibilities

Responsible in the overall aspects include planning, coordination and control of the operations or production processes.

Drawing up a production schedule, monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.

Provide necessary support to engineering as need arises.

Fulfill output target, quality target and maintenance cost budget.

Participate in new process application and execution of process.

Coordinate activities related to all production processes.

To strengthen and enhance the procedures process.

Supervising and motivating all production teams.

Communication with production planning department on delivery issues.

Requirements

Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related disciplines.

At least 10 - 15 years working experience, preferably with 5 years of supervisory experience in semiconductor industry (Wire bonding process).

Strong team management and leadership skills.

Familiar with Management System, coretools, statistical techniques, equipment & tools knowledge and troubleshooting skills.

Must be willing to work in Melaka.
