Job summary

A leading technology firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an IT Support Specialist to identify and resolve incidents in Windows Server platforms. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and have at least 2 years of relevant experience. The role includes regular server operations and requires strong communication skills in English and Cantonese. Shift rotation is mandatory, with compensation for public holiday work.

Qualifications

• 2 years relevant working experiences in Windows Servers, VMware, x86 servers and storage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese.
• Ability to work on 24x7 shift rotation on public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving escalated incidents in Windows Server platforms.
• Performing regular server operations such as setup, upgrade, patches deployment.
• Providing support on issues related to servers, hypervisors, and storages.
