What You’ll Be Crafting

• Conceptualize, script, and produce 5 original video concepts and scripts daily that align with our campaign goals and brand voice.
• Take ownership of the entire video production process: from brainstorming and scripting to shooting, editing, and subtitling.
• Create engaging, high-quality short‑form videos for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Ads.
• Ensure each video aligns with our brand’s aesthetic and storytelling guidelines — a strong portfolio that shows your eye for detail and creativity is a must.
• Leverage creative tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and explore AI‑based tools to enhance and streamline production workflows.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, providing leadership and mentorship to junior team members when necessary.
• Stay ahead of digital trends and platform dynamics, making sure all content is fresh, timely, and high‑performing.
