Assist in reviewing webshop articles to identify missing images, incomplete information, or outdated content.

Collect basic dimensions, parameters, and technical information from Engineering or Article Management.

Upload, maintain, and update product images and content in the webshop system.

Check article information for accuracy and completeness based on provided references.

Support content preparation for localised parts used in different regions.

Help organise and track updates for priority articles to improve webshop coverage.

Maintain timesheets and documentation related to article updates.

Provide progress updates to the team and support other webshop or data-related tasks as assigned

Undertake ad-hoc assignment as and when needed; assign by your supervisor.

Requirements

Diploma or currently studying in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field.

Basic experience with data entry, product catalogues, or online systems is an advantage.

Knowledge in e-commerce, digital content, or technical product information.

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Computer and system navigation skills.

Ability to follow instructions and manage structured data.

Good communication and coordination skills with multiple teams.
