Job Description

Responsible for introducing clients to Web3 products, collecting business information, following up on client business scenarios, and planning for business growth.

Help clients effectively use our products and services to assist them in achieving their performance goals.

Engage deeply with users and understand the Web3 community, uncovering the genuine needs of users in the Web3 space, and communicating these insights internally to product and R&D departments.

Closely monitor industry trends, competitors' product capabilities, and industry developments to maintain product innovation and competitiveness.

Requirements

At least one year of experience in the W3 industry, with strong teamwork spirit, optimism, diligence, a strong sense of responsibility and service awareness, as well as excellent organizational and macro-thinking skills.

Bachelor's degree or higher, with the ability to communicate professionally with clients in English.

Possess business acumen and strong data analysis skills, with clear logical thinking. Able to identify and diagnose issues through a data-driven understanding of the business and work efficiently with global remote teams.

Exhibit outstanding communication skills and be adept at coordinating resources to solve problems. Have a deep understanding and passion for at least one area such as cryptocurrencies, DeFi, NFTs, or DAOs.
