Job description
Responsibilities
- TE 1: To perform simulation for Warranty Parts; To monitor transportation for warranty parts recovery process from outlets to Regional Collection Centre; To prepare report for parts recovery and transporter performance on monthly basis.
- TE 2: To perform simulation for accessories warranty parts; To analyze and verify vendor technical and warranty report; To monitor warranty cost sharing between Perodua and supplier.
