Job summary

A prominent food manufacturer is looking for a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations in the RPM Warehouse. This role involves managing staff, ensuring accurate inventory management, compliance with safety standards, and leading improvement initiatives. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in FMCG, with knowledge of ERP/WMS systems. The position requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work under pressure in a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years working experience in warehouse operations, preferably in food manufacturing or FMCG.
• Strong leadership abilities with good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge in ERP/WMS systems, warehouse documentation, and weighing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of RPM Warehouse including receiving, storing, issuing, and inventory control.
• Monitor weighing operations to ensure accuracy and calibration compliance.
• Lead and supervise warehouse & weighing teams, including task assignment and training.
• Prepare and submit operational reports including inventory accuracy and manpower utilization.
