Job Description:
  • Oversee and monitor the daily warehouse operations (from inbound to outbound).
  • Manage team member’s performance including attendance and productivity.
  • Prepare a daily data report on warehouse performance and ensure the master tracker sheet is updated at all times.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment consistently.
  • Seek for continuous process improvement to enhance productivity.
  • Complete Any ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is preferred. Others with transferable skill sets are welcomed to apply.
  • Experienced in logistics operations would be preferred.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English will be added as an advantage.
  • Strong leadership skills, promoting collaboration and teamwork across different departments/stakeholders.
  • Intermediate computer skills such as Excel/GSheet.
  • Plan for manpower hiring during campaign days.
  • Working hours pattern: 45 working hours weekly, rotational shift schedule, overtime if required
