Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks for sorters & drivers depending on headcounts.
• Receive and inbound parcels from the linehaul team.
• Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers.
• Monitor driver behavior and ensure high customer service.
• Assist in deployment and training of new drivers.
• Monitor and report KPI compliance.
• Ensure compliance of safety policies and standard operations.
