A leading e-commerce platform in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Logistics Coordinator to oversee delivery operations. Responsibilities include delegating tasks, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring compliance with safety policies. Ideal candidates possess leadership skills, basic Microsoft Excel knowledge, and a background in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering. Experience in logistics is an advantage. Willingness to commute and work on a rational shift basis is preferred.
Delegate tasks for sorters & drivers depending on the number of headcounts
Receive and inbound parcels from the linehaul team
Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers to ensure all delivery activities are carried out in a timely manner
Monitor driver behavior and ensure a high level of customer service
Assist the fleet team lead in the deployment and training of new drivers where applicable
Monitor and report KPI compliance
Ensure the compliance of safety policies and standard operations procedures for in-hub parcel collection

Job Requirements:
Basic Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Experience in logistics operations would be an advantage
Familiarity with postcodes / routing / mapping would be of good use
Ability to deal with ambiguous situations
Fast learner, comfortable with a dynamic environment
Ideally, possess an educational background in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is advantageous
