Job description

Kanban Management: Check customer website; print and prepare 4 kanbans before 9:00 AM daily.

Inventory Control: Monitor stock movement from receiving to Finished Goods; compare forecast vs actual; ensure stock sufficiency.

Morning Briefing: Conduct daily briefing; share plans and updates; address departmental issues.

Manpower Planning: Assign daily tasks; ensure completion; supervise and resolve issues.

Delivery Process: Plan and monitor deliveries; ensure schedule adherence; zero delays.

Reports: Validate Transfer Parts Report and FG Report; ensure FG quantity is sufficient for next delivery.

FIFO Compliance: Enforce FIFO for receiving, transfer, and delivery; verify supplier FIFO chop.

5S & Safety: Maintain daily 5S in work area.

Customer & Supplier Relations: Handle queries and updates; maintain good relationships.

Receiving & Stock Take: Record Delivery Orders; verify actual quantity; complete stock take 100% before deadline.

Training: Provide suitable training to improve operator skills and knowledge.
