Responsibilities
  • Set department work objectives and supervise execution
  • Control and correct key daily management indicators based on defined standards
  • Review and approve warehouse-related documents and records
  • Plan and manage warehouse space and storage location layout
  • Manage warehouse manpower and provide on-the-job guidance
  • Handle slow-moving, obsolete, and scrap material disposition
  • Supervise monthly cycle count activities
  • Plan and execute annual physical inventory counts
  • Control and monitor inventory records to ensure accuracy
  • Participate in internal meetings as required
Manpower Management
  • Monitor and control employee attendance
  • Conduct performance evaluations
  • Participate in recruitment interviews and manpower selection
Resource Management
  • Prepare and submit detailed miscellaneous purchase requisition requirements
Capability Development within the Department
  • Define monthly work themes and improvement focus
  • Conduct practical implementation and drills based on monthly work themes
  • Organize and execute training and on-the-job coaching
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: College diploma or higher (any major acceptable).
  • Experience: Over 2 years of management experience preferred
  • i. Knowledge of management.
  • ii. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Language: Proficiency in English (required).
