Responsibilities
- Set department work objectives and supervise execution
- Control and correct key daily management indicators based on defined standards
- Review and approve warehouse-related documents and records
- Plan and manage warehouse space and storage location layout
- Manage warehouse manpower and provide on-the-job guidance
- Handle slow-moving, obsolete, and scrap material disposition
- Supervise monthly cycle count activities
- Plan and execute annual physical inventory counts
- Control and monitor inventory records to ensure accuracy
- Participate in internal meetings as required
Manpower Management
- Monitor and control employee attendance
- Conduct performance evaluations
- Participate in recruitment interviews and manpower selection
Resource Management
- Prepare and submit detailed miscellaneous purchase requisition requirements
Capability Development within the Department
- Define monthly work themes and improvement focus
- Conduct practical implementation and drills based on monthly work themes
- Organize and execute training and on-the-job coaching
Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: College diploma or higher (any major acceptable).
- Experience: Over 2 years of management experience preferred
- i. Knowledge of management.
- ii. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Language: Proficiency in English (required).
