A logistics management company in Malaysia is looking for a Warehouse Executive to oversee operations, including storage, packing, and dispatch. Candidates should have at least a diploma in Logistics or related fields and 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in SAP and warehouse management systems is essential. Lead and optimize overall warehouse operations, including storage, picking, packing, staging, and dispatch activities.
Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, Production, Procurement, Logistics, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure smooth workflow and on-time material movement.
Develop and maintain robust end-to-end inventory traceability systems—from raw material receiving to finished goods dispatch—in compliance with FSSC, HACCP, HALAL, GMP, ISO, and other regulatory standards.
Ensure SAP inventory data is updated in real time, including timely posting of Goods Receipt (GR), Delivery Orders (DO), and all stock movements.
Develop strategies to minimize stock variances and improve inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, full stock counts, reconciliations, and timely discrepancy resolution.
Conduct warehouse inspections, internal audits, and compliance checks to identify non-conformance and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Work closely with Quality Assurance to uphold and enhance product quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
Continuously improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, enhance accuracy, and support 5S, KAIZEN, and lean initiatives.
Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and records according to regulatory, audit, and customer requirements.
Support cross-functional operations to ensure smooth inbound receiving, outbound shipment preparation, and export container loading.
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the warehouse team.
Perform other duties as assigned by superiors to support warehouse and business operations.
Candidate must have at least a diploma or Bachelor's in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 3 years of working experience.
Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS), SAP and MS Office.
Knowledge of inventory control, safety standards, and logistics processes.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
